- Comment: I bought this battery for my Motorola phone. When I installed the battery in the phone, the phone got very warm and burned the screen out. Unfortunately, the battery damaged my phone. I believe I received a damaged battery but when trying to contact company I bought it from, they said they are not responsible for the outcome of the product. Now i am stuck with a defected battery and a defective cell phone due to a defected battery. I rate this product and selling store at the very low. I understand sometimes product can be defective but I don't understand why the company did not take ownership of the problem when it was there product the one that aggravated the situation.

- Comment: Had to replace battery in a KRZR and this is the exact one I needed. Umm, let's see, I ordered it, I paid for it, they shipped it, I got it, I put it in the phone, I charged it, and it works. Did I miss anything? Oh yeah, talk time is back to normal and the battery was really cheap and shipping was fast and Accessory One is a good company and I'm actually writing a review for a cell phone battery. I'm going outside now.
